• Assistance coordinating and organizing the wedding rehearsal.
• Attending and overseeing the rehearsal.
• Provide instruction to the attendants about their duties.
• Provide direction for the processionals, recessionals and receiving line (when desired)
• Line-Up bridal party and family for processional.
• Cue / orchestrate wedding professionals for ceremony.
• Maintain and coordinate timeline for all events during reception.
• Cue bride and groom, best man, and parents for special events.
• Coordination of the collection of gifts received on the wedding day with delivery to a pre-planned location.
