• Wedding Coordinator
  • We help you communicate and implement your vision for the wedding, provide you with budget estimates for each of the planning elements, ensure all payments are adhered to on your behalf, derive your personal time schedule for the wedding activities and hold regular staff & supplier briefings throughout the planning process.
  • With the Dynamically Personal Package you’ll receive unlimited advice, e-mail, phone, and personal consultation.
  • We’ll create a personalized wedding check list, detailed budget sheet.
  • We offer family dynamics consultation and addressing concerns of etiquette and wedding day activities. We will act as a family "Mediator" as needed.
  • Provide and assist you with the contacts and resources to select the perfect wedding dress and the accessories to fit your dream look. The one that you know is “it”.
  • Stream line the process of selecting your bridesmaid dresses with the assistance of your maid/matron of honor. Ensuring the bridesmaid dresses and accessories perfectly compliment the bride’s dress and the wedding theme and colors.
  • Assist with designing and assembling gift baskets.
  • Provide the guests with a comprehensive schedule of events for all the guest activities relating to the wedding festivities.
  • Provide information for obtaining your Marriage License.
  • Provide resources for the wedding party gifts to suit your personality and style.
  • Assist with the design and creation of guest favors.
  • Confirm details with each wedding professional the week of the wedding.
  • Ensure all the groomsmen have obtained their wedding attire and verify fittings are completed and correct.
  • Have an extensive Wedding Day Emergency Kit on site.
  • Coordinate in the preparation of cohesive vendor itineraries, seating list, name plates.
  • Assistance coordinating and organizing the wedding rehearsal.
  • Attending and overseeing the rehearsal.
  • Provide advance instruction to the attendants about their duties.
  • Provide (when appropriate) children's services: Babysitting

  • Provide direction for the processionals, recessionals and receiving line (when desired)

  • Coordination of the collection of gifts received on the wedding day with delivery to a pre-planned location.

  • Your perfect wedding starts with the careful selection of the right ceremony and reception venue, which we help find within our premiere selection of venues and finalize the details for you. If our hand selected venues don’t meet your vision or expectation we will certainly locate the perfect venue for you and your conceptual design. We specialize in providing every client with a beautiful designer wedding, personally overseeing and managing all wedding arrangements and providing post event wrap-up and feedback.

• Décor & Design
  • The making of designer weddings means that we assist you through the conceptualizing and design phase, interpreting your individual ideas and making sure your day reflects your individuality. We take care of all the related details such as décor, flowers, lighting, structural design elements, location and seating arrangements.
  • Based on your input, a story board is created and a full décor mock-up will be presented to you for approval. You will receive floor plan layouts of your chosen spaces and be able to envision your day with its perfect flow in every detail.
  • Our florists will aid in setting the tone and creating the mood of your wedding with an expert floral design.
  • Our invitation designers will assist in selecting warm, charming and sophisticated personalized invitations.
  • We will coordinate the mailing and accounting of RSVP's.
  • We will, with your guidance, acquire and provide you with Keepsake Engraved Toasting Glasses.
  • We will develop your thematic design that will meet and often exceed the vision you have for your wedding.

• Dining & Banqueting
  • We work with some of Chicago's most renowned venues who will provide advice on everything from pre-drink canapés to menu compilation and suitable beverages as well as the set-up of stylish bar facilities and magnificent service with the appropriate number of servers for the critical service times. Specifically designed to encourage comfortable conversation and honor special guests.
  • We will assist you in creating a themed beverage for you and your guests.
  • We will provide Assistance with menu selection and be in attendance at your various tasting sessions.
